Milestones

Our Remarkable Journey

1995

Midas was the first building to be developed in the Sahar Plaza Complex. At the time, it was one of the earliest commercial buildings and set the trend for the thriving and vibrant Andheri East Business District.

1996

Bonanza was constructed soon after, and together with Midas, established Sahar Plaza as the preferred destination for commercial offices in an area which was primarily industrial.

2007

Meadows brought a new modern design, better amenities and more spacious offices.

2011

Windfall, with its soaring 12 storey high atrium and large office spaces quickly became the preferred choice for large Indian companies and multinationals.
